Smooth Wild Venison Liver Pate – served with Port & Bramble Sauce, Crispy Bread and Salad Garnish.

Chicken Broth – served with a Warm Homemade Roll.

Prawn Cocktail - Locally Caught Prawns in a Marie Rose sauce on Crispy Lettuce, Walnut & Apple Salad.

Stuffed Roasted Red Pepper – filled with Spiced Cous Cous, Onions, Mushrooms and Chopped Nuts.


Traditional Christmas Turkey – served with Chipolatas, Seasonal Vegetables, Roast Potatoes, Stuffing, Cranberry, Bread Sauce and Gravy.

Goats Cheese Tart – Goats Cheese topped with Cherry Tomatoes roasted on a Puff Pastry Base, finished with a drizzle of Balsamic Dressing.

Duck Fajita – tender strips of Spiced Duck, pan fried with Peppers and Onions served on a Sizzling Skillet, accompanied by Sour Cream, Sweet Chilli and Tomato Salsa Dips and warm Flour Wraps.  

Trout Fillet – boneless Trout Fillet with a Bιarnaise Sauce, served with Seasonal Vegetables and Roast Potatoes.


Traditional Christmas Pudding – an Individual Pudding served with Brandy Sauce

Orange & Baileys Trifle – not your traditional trifle, but Mandarins in Orange Jelly on Sponge, topped with Baileys Custard and Cream.

Dark Chocolate & Raspberry Mousse - laced with Raspberry Liqueur and Served with Shortbread Fingers.

 Iced Cranachan Parfait – a Frozen Twist on the Highland dessert of Strawberries, Toasted Oatmeal, Cream and a dash of Whisky, served on Fruit Coulis and Crθme Anglaise.

Cheese Board - Brie, Stilton and Galloway Smokehouse Smoked Cheddar served with oatcakes and garnished with grapes and celery.
