A selection for every occasion from a simple kipper for breakfast to a mixed platter of smoked foods for that special treat. Two sauces are included to complement our products, dill for fish and eggs, redcurrant for meats. The hamper will be sent by next day carrier service and the contents will be protected by an insulated polystyrene box.

Our selection is 200g sliced smoked salmon, two smoked trout fillets, one pair of kippers, 250g smoked mussels, 200g sliced smoked duck breast, 250g smoked bacon, 6 smoked eggs, one block of smoked cheddar, one tub of smoked salmon paté, one packet of Galloway oatcakes, one jar of whisky marmalade, one jar of dill sauce, one jar of redcurrant jelly with port, a Selkirk bannock and a packet of demerera shortbread biscuits.
