From claws of locally caught crabs, hand picked by ourselves and frozen immediately, this is not the taseless pasteurised import, but a genuine, honest, Scottish treasure. Kept in the fridge, it will last 5 days and can be used on its own in a simple salad or try Allan's Special Treat.
