Wild Bass


If salmon is the king of fish then sea bass must be the queen.

2 fillets per pack (min 400g)



Farmed bass and bream form the Mediterranean are commonly available but this is your chance to try some of the real ones.

Caught and frozen immediately, they are caught in the local Solway by the only Scottish boat with a license to fish for bass, so they are pretty special.

The flavour is there as is the quality so simply grill, steam or fry. Lemon, salt and pepper but be gentle.
